translations from English to German (my native language). Depending on the text, I sometimes translate from German to English as well, mostly legal documents and certificates.

My focus lies in the
audiovisual area as well as the translation of non-fictional texts covering a wide variety of subject areas.

🌳 Translation of non-fictional texts

  • Transferring the original into a factually correct and fascinating-to-read German text that fits the target group

  • Thorough research of facts as well as examining the original with regard to potential errors

  • Flexible familiarisation with new subject areas and a special focus on
    • Nature and animals, climate change and environmental protection
    • Travel reports
    • Information technology

Having worked many years in software localisation, I am an experienced translator of IT-related texts. SUSE means more to me than a female first name, and Tivoli does not only bring Kopenhagen to mind.
